The reception staff were as helpful as they could be.

The dining experience was incredibly frustrating. The hotel stopped serving food early, and what we did manage to order was horrible—soggy sandwiches with reheated fries. Service was painfully slow, and I felt completely disregarded when we were charged for these inedible meals without any form of apology.

The room was comfy with a great bed and nice bathtub. 🤩 However, the dining experience was just poor with food lacking flavor. Overall, decent for an overnight but the restaurant needs serious improvement!

I truly enjoyed my one-night stay at Park Hotel Calama. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a lovely bathtub and air conditioning. Breakfast was superb, with a variety of choices and a chef who cooked my eggs just as I liked them.

The location was convenient for our night out, easily reachable from the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast provided to fuel us for our adventures. The reception staff were also very helpful during our stay.

The room was super comfy—really clean with a great bed. Loved the bathtub for a nice soak after a long day. Had a solid TV and air conditioning too, which was a big plus. The only bummer was not getting any bottled water in the room. But overall, a nice cozy spot to crash after San Pedro.
